Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festivals, public holidays, weather conditions, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

We charge ₹79 shipping for orders below ₹4,999.

Orders of ₹4,999 and above qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, Whatsapp depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct before placing your order.

Malbene Perfumes will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the package
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video, if available

We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where applicable.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, some delays may be outside our control. Malbene Perfumes will not be liable for delays caused by courier service issues, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, lockdowns, natural events, incorrect delivery information, or remote location service limitations.

However, we will do our best to help you track your order and resolve any delivery issues with our courier partner.
